2023 Registration Fees for Participants, Plus Ones and Guests

Fees

  • The fee to attend the festival is $30 for Festival participants (aka climbers with disabilities). This covers your education, food, and accommodation fees. Scholarship options are available for paraclimbers!

  • Caregiver Plus Ones are $30. Immediate Family Plus Ones are $40.

  • Scholarship options are available for paraclimbers.

  • After registration closes on August 1 or when full, all registered participants and plus ones will receive an email confirmation which will also include a link for payment. Registration fees will be collected at that time.

An important note on plus ones/non-disabled guests

Important note on plus ones/non-disabled guests: ACF has more than quadrupled in size in the last few years - which is amazing! However, in order to make sure we have enough space, food, and gear for paraclimbers we have changed our Plus One policies. Please read these carefully.

The Plus One Rules:

  • There are two categories of Plus Ones: Caregivers and Immediate Family Members

  • All Plus Ones must register and pay a registration fee. No exceptions. Caregivers are $30, Immediate Family is $40.

  • What's a Caregiver? Someone who can assist the climber with mobility and/or personal tasks. This is someone who's traveling with a paraclimber to help them out. This also include parents of paraclimbers under the age of 18.

  • Who is an Immediate Family Member? Significant other. Your mom. Your kiddo. Someone you're related to that you want to show off your climbing skills to.

  • Plus Ones are not allowed to register for clinics and educational opportunities. These are designed for paraclimbers, by paraclimbers. If a paraclimber needs assistance from a Caregiver, that person is allowed to attend the clinic, but only to help the climber and not participate. Some of our climbing spaces have very limited physical space to hang out, and our instructors and guides may ask immediate family members to leave if they're hanging out. Just a head's up.

If you'd like to bring a friend to the Festival or an extra human that's not a caregiver/assistant

  • Extra humans can join in on Base Camp activities (like our Film Festival and our campfires)

  • Extra humans aren't allowed out at the crag - sorry! We just don't have a ton of space and hope you understand.

  • Extra humans will need to take care of their own meals/bring their own food, and pay for their campsite separately. ACF will only provide food for paraclimbers and one Plus 1, not additional guests.
