Climbing is expensive.

For many members of the ACF community, getting outside is as much a financial hurdle as it is a physical one. ACF aims to cover the costs of food, accommodations, education, and gear for every ACF participant. When able, we work to help with flight and travel costs.

Our goal is to make ACF as accessible as we possibly can.

Costs + Expenses:
ACF 2025 Budget

  • Campground Rental: $17,000

  • Food: $18,000

  • Boot Camp: $10,000

  • Participant Gear (e.g. T-Shirts): $4,000

  • Instruction + ASL Interpretation Fees: $8,000

  • Accessible Transportation: $10,000

  • Additional Costs (e.g. Supplies, Instructors): $3,000

TOTAL COST FOR ACF 2025: $70,000

Additionally, with sponsor support, ACF aims to fund $25,000 in travel scholarships in 2025.
